All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Shipping time may vary by the delivery service you have selected and the volume of orders that are placed each day.
Retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days.
Wholesale orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days.
FedEx and UPS Express mail will not ship to a PO address. A physical address must be provided for UPS Express and FedEx Express shipping option.
We guarantee that when your package leaves our store it is properly sealed and in good condition. We cannot guarantee the state of your package once it leaves our possession. If you have concerns regarding the delivery process, we do offer insurance for your package which can be found here. If you choose to insure your package, please file a claim with the courier service you selected in the event that your package arrives damaged.
International Purchasing and Shipping
Due to various financial and/or import laws and restrictions, we cannot conduct business with all countries. If your country is not listed in the billing/shipping options at checkout, we are currently unable to complete your order. While these restrictions may be lifted by U.S. and International law in the future, we cannot provide an estimate on if/when that may happen. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to the rapidly changing import laws for many countries we cannot guarantee your order will pass through customs, and if it does we cannot guarantee the condition in which it arrives. We guarantee that when your package leaves our store it is properly sealed and in good condition. We cannot guarantee the state of your package once it leaves our possession. We are more than happy to ship your order out, but if your order does not pass through customs, does not make it to your location, or does not arrive in good condition we will not be able to refund/replace your order.

We uphold only the highest standards for our e-liquid. As such, we guarantee that every e-liquid you purchase from us is handmade as a fresh batch meeting our strict requirements. When trying a new flavor, we encourage you to visit one of our locations to test flavors, or purchase a sample pack initially if ordering online.
Return Policy on Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from receipt of your item. Contact Jvapes at email@example.com, or visit one of our locations to initiate the return process. Please note that all Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
Once we receive the defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item with a new and working one. Should an item be inspected and deemed not defective, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be inspected, deemed defective, and we are not able to replace the defective merchandise; we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Do not send packages back to the address you received them from, they will be refused. Do not send any item without contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or visiting your nearest Jvapes Lounge first. Returns must be accepted at the post office within 2 weeks after our Customer Service department has been contacted or your return will be canceled. The buyer is responsible for all return postage on authorized returns as well as refused or rejected returns.
